We’re days away from the January transfer window and as usual the rumours have gone in to overdrive. All of the Premier League’s star clubs have been linked with sensational players that will only make the EPL a better, more competitive league.

Rumours have been around for what feels like forever now regarding the future of Robert Lewandowski, however the media are confident the deal has been struck for the Borussia Dortmund ace to join Man Utd in the summer for £18m. The talented Polish striker has been on the radar of many of Europe’s leading clubs and it appears the Red Devils have won the race.

Both Chelsea and Man Utd are rumoured to be competing with French side PSG for the signature of Everton and England left back Leighton Baines, a deal which is believed to be worth roughly £15m if one of the clubs can finalize the details and close the deal. It is also believed that PSG and Man Utd are hoping to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid either this summer or closer to the end of his contract in 2015.

Premier League clubs Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal and many others want 31 year old David Villa to join them. Although it is not clear if the deal would be a loan or a permanent transfer, many clubs are desperate to add the lethal forward to their team. The striker appears wasted at Barcelona in this present time and could greatly benefit many other clubs.

Falcao has been linked with many clubs in the EPL but it appears he will remain in Spain until the end of the season. QPR are desperate to survive relegation and are supposedly after experienced Fulham defender Brede Hangeland, who they believe will greatly improve their defence and the team overall.
